How It Works
How MindCraft captures, understands, and organizes your life
Three Ways to Capture
Text
Just type. Write about your day, your thoughts, what you spent, how you feel — anything. No templates, no forms. Write in any language, mix languages, be messy. The AI handles it.
Voice
Press and hold the microphone. Speak naturally. MindCraft transcribes your voice and extracts the same insights as text. Great for capturing moments on the go.
Photo
Snap a photo of a receipt, a meal, a whiteboard, a place — anything. The AI reads the image and pulls out relevant information. Add a caption if you want.
The AI Understands What You Write
Every entry is analyzed by AI, which pulls out structured information — automatically:
Example: "Had nasi lemak with wife at Cafe Mesra, 28 ringgit. Feeling grateful."
The AI extracts:
- Spending — RM28 at Cafe Mesra
- Food — Nasi lemak
- Person — Wife
- Place — Cafe Mesra
- Mood — Grateful
You never tag or categorize anything. The AI discovers what matters in your life and creates types that fit you. If you trade crypto, you'll get crypto insights. If you garden, you'll get gardening patterns. Your journal adapts to your life.
Only things the AI is confident about are shown. Everything else is stored quietly in the background, improving accuracy over time.
Dashboards That Appear When Ready
MindCraft doesn't show you an empty dashboard on day one. Instead, dashboards emerge as your data builds up:
- Log enough spending → a Spending dashboard appears with totals, breakdowns, and trends
- Express emotions regularly → a Mood dashboard shows patterns, triggers, and energy levels
- Mention people often → a People dashboard shows who you spend time with
Each dashboard shows:
- The most important number or insight
- A breakdown by subcategory
- Trends over time
- Notable highlights
Summaries
- Daily — A quick snapshot of what you logged today
- Weekly — An AI-written narrative of your week, personalized to your dominant themes
If you mostly log finances, your weekly summary focuses on spending. If you mostly log feelings, it focuses on emotional patterns.
Works Offline
MindCraft works fully without internet. Your entries are saved locally and sync when you're back online. AI processing happens after sync — your entries are never lost.
