These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the products and services provided by Craftec ("we", "us", "our"), including SalamCraft, HandCraft, MindCraft, and associated websites (collectively, "Services").

By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you are not prohibited from using them under applicable law.

Services Description

Craftec provides decentralized applications on the Solana blockchain:

• SalamCraft — A Shariah-compliant DeFi protocol on Solana
• HandCraft — A decentralized content platform for video, audio, communities, and subscriptions
• MindCraft — An AI-powered life diary and personal intelligence tool

Risks

DeFi and Trading Risks

• Loss of funds — Trading with leverage carries substantial risk. You can lose all of your deposited collateral.
• Liquidation — Positions may be liquidated if margin requirements are not maintained.
• Smart contract risk — Despite best efforts, smart contracts may contain bugs or vulnerabilities.
• Oracle risk — Price feeds may experience delays or inaccuracies.
• Liquidity risk — Withdrawals are subject to available pool liquidity.

Blockchain Risks

• Irreversibility — Blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed.
• Network risk — The Solana network may experience congestion, outages, or forks.
• Regulatory risk — The regulatory status of DeFi protocols varies by jurisdiction and may change.

No Financial Advice

Nothing in our Services constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions. We strongly recommend consulting qualified professionals before engaging in DeFi activities.

Shariah Compliance Disclaimer

SalamCraft has been designed with Islamic finance principles in mind. However:

• We do not guarantee compliance with all interpretations of Shariah law
• Different scholars and jurisdictions may have varying opinions
• Users should consult their own Shariah advisors regarding permissibility
• We are seeking formal Shariah certification but have not yet obtained it

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Maintain security of your wallet and private keys
• Comply with laws applicable in your jurisdiction
• Not misuse the Services for illegal activities, market manipulation, or fraud
• Accept risk inherent in using decentralized protocols

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and code in the Services are owned by Craftec or licensed to us. The on-chain smart contracts are open source under their respective licenses.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any losses resulting from your use of the Services, including but not limited to trading losses, liquidations, smart contract exploits, or network failures
• Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Craftec and its team from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Craftec is incorporated.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
